What We Do
At Precision Coating Inc, we are able to accommodate a number of shapes and sizes. In our enclosed conveyor track system, there is a 3' wide by 5' high opening on our washers, paint booths, and ovens. We can also coat parts up to 9 feet length continuously as long as it clears our radiuses in our oven turns. We can also coat larger parts, which will have specialized prices. We use the Gema Optiflex Pro System for applying powder. This cuts down on powder loss and gives a uniform finish.
Our Powder Coatings
These coatings are formulated and manufactured to meet all customer appearance and performance requirements. Powders are available in polyester, Urethane, Epoxy and Hybrid Chemistries. Hundreds of colors are available. High-gloss, satin, metallic, flat, textured, and wrinkle finishes are available.
